- Sales and evaluation. What the service does, whether it fits your stack, pricing questions the calculator does not answer, and security questionnaires.

- Coordinated vulnerability disclosure. If you have found a weakness in Heatrail, this is the fastest route to the people who can fix it. The policy is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
- Please give us a way to reach you back. Test against your own shop, never against another shop’s live checkout.

- Data protection. Processor obligations, sub-processor questions, records of processing, and requests concerning personal data.
Put the deadline in the subject line if you have one, and it will be read as a deadline.
If you are a shopper
Your shop is the one who decides.
If you bought something from a shop that uses Heatrail and want to know what was processed about you, the shop is the data controller. It decides what data is collected and why, and it is the right place to send an access, correction or erasure request. Heatrail OÜ acts only on that shop’s instructions.

Everything needed to judge the integration is published: the mechanism, the API reference with a worked signing example, the plugin and SDK behaviour, and the security architecture. Protecting your own shop is free, with no card and no expiry, and the network is five cents an order on Pro.
Registration is open in the partner portal, and an operator reviews each application before that shop’s keys are issued. If you would rather talk to someone first, write to hello@heatrail.eu and say which integration you intend to use.
